Overview
The University of Leeds International Excellence Scholarships provide a tuition fee reduction worth either £3,000, £6,000 or £16,000. The award is for international students who begin a taught Masters in September 2026. It is a fee reduction, not a cash payment, so the money comes off what you owe the university. You apply through the school that runs your course, and each school sets out its own eligible programmes.

The scholarship is paid as a fee reduction for your first year of study only and can only be used as a fee reduction. It cannot be used towards other costs, including but not exclusive to maintenance or accommodation costs.
