Overview
The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) offers the Wellcome Trust Master’s Studentship for its MSc Public Health programme. The award supports one student each year for three years and is open to applicants with UK/EU fee status. It covers tuition at the Home rate, a monthly stipend, and fieldwork expenses. The scholarship is part of the Wellcome Trust Master’s Programme Awards in Humanities and Social Science, which aims to build a diverse group of researchers who study human health through humanities and social science approaches.
As a scholar, you must follow a humanities and social science pathway through the MSc Public Health. That means choosing modules in those disciplines and using one or more of these approaches in your MSc project.
