Ampère Excellence Scholarships at ENS de Lyon for International Master's Students

The Ampère Scholarships of Excellence let international students study for a Master's degree at ENS de Lyon in France. Each award pays 1,000 euros per month for one year, and it can be renewed for a second year if the head of the Master's program selects you and you pass your first year. Only the eligible Master's programs at ENS de Lyon count. ENS de Lyon also runs a separate GRADUATE + Scholarship.

ENS de Lyon also offers the GRADUATE + Scholarship (1,000€ per month for 10 months) to the best international students admitted to a Master's degree in these Graduate initiatives and Master's programs, in either M1 or M2:

International students

The scholarship is €1,000 per month for 1 year. It is renewable in the 2nd year provided the candidate is selected by the head of the Masters program and validates the Masters Year 1.

To apply for the first year of a Master’s program (M1), applicants should justify holding a L3 degree (Bachelor – 180 ECTS) or, for applicants who have studied abroad, an equivalent level.

To apply for the second year of a Master’s program (M2), applicants should justify holding a M1 degree (240 ECTS) or, for applicants who have studied abroad, an equivalent level.
