Canon Collins Trust runs this scholarship programme together with Edinburgh Business School. The award pays for a distance learning MBA, so you can study while you keep working. It is open to students from sub-Saharan Africa.

What the award covers

The scholarship pays for all tuition, learning materials and examination fees. You get the learning materials online, and a hard copy is posted to you as well. Travel to exam centres is not covered, and neither are costs linked to the graduation ceremony.

Eligibility requirements

To apply for an Edinburgh Business School MBA Scholarship, you must:

• be a national of and ordinarily resident in a sub-Saharan African country
• be able to explain how the MBA will benefit you and your community
• hold a first degree from a recognised university, or a professional qualification such as ACCA
• be at least 25 years old and not older than 50 years old when you start the programme
• have at least 2 years of full-time work experience
• have a working Internet connection
