Nottingham University Business School PhD Scholarships for 2014 Entry

Nottingham Business School awards scholarships to full time PhD students who begin their studies in October 2014. The award pays full tuition fees and provides a tax-free living allowance. It is open to UK, EU and international applicants.

Full-time PhD Degree in all research areas offered at the School.

UK, EU, and International students.

The scholarships cover full tuition fees as well as tax-free living expenses of £13,863 per year (estimated ESRC rate for 2014-15).

Scholarship applications will be evaluated on the basis of former qualifications, academic background, references and research proposal.

Students who want to be considered must hold an offer for a full-time PhD at Nottingham University Business School, by 11th April 2014 12 mid-day (UK time) at the latest. Students are advised to submit a completed application by 28th February 2014, including all required supporting documentation.

There is no additional scholarship application form to be completed, however applications for these Scholarships will be disregarded unless you have indicated, in the personal details section of the application form, where it asks ‘how do you expect to pay for your studies’ that you wish to be considered, i.e. you need to state ‘NUBS Scholarship applicant’.
