SPRU 50th Anniversary Scholarship at the University of Sussex

The University of Sussex offers the SPRU 50th Anniversary Scholarship to help top students from any country take a Masters at SPRU. The award puts £10,000 towards your fees, and anything left after fees goes to you as a stipend for living costs. It marks fifty years of the Science Policy Research Unit's work in research, teaching and policy on science, technology and innovation. To be considered, you first need an offer of a full time place on one of the five SPRU MSc programmes listed below.

You must meet all of the following criteria to be considered for the SPRU 50th Anniversary Scholarship:

• You have achieved, or expect to achieve, a 1st class honours degree, or the equivalent from an overseas institution. A 2:1 or equivalent international classification is also eligible if your supporting statements are excellent.
• You have applied for, and been offered, a place to study full time on one of SPRU's five MSc programmes listed above.
• You apply for an eligible Masters course and both receive and accept an offer.
• You meet all of the University's general entrance requirements.
• The £10k award offsets your fees or supports your maintenance. Any funds remaining after the fee offset are paid as a stipend for maintenance.
