University of Waikato International Excellence Scholarship, New Zealand

University of Waikato International Excellence Scholarship, New Zealand

Overview

The University of Waikato International Excellence Scholarship gives new international students money off their tuition fees, with awards ranging from $2,500 to $15,000. It is open to students enrolling for the first time in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme at the University of Waikato. Selection goes to candidates with strong academic results who show they can represent the university well internationally.

The award is applied straight to your tuition fees, either when you receive your offer or once your enrolment is complete. That means the money reduces what you owe the university rather than arriving as a separate payment.
